Pax Autocratica patch notes: every Directive explained

Pax Autocratica patch notes: the Directive log from AG-12 to AG-14 with dates, the missing AG-13 explained, and demo-era updates from the Steam feed.

This page tracks every Pax Autocratica patch announced through the official Steam news feed, from the August 10, 2026 Early Access launch through Directive AG-14. Every entry below is summarized from the official announcement text; the Steam news page remains the authoritative record.

Early Access patch log

  • August 15, 2026: Directive AG-14. Three advanced capture-pod types with higher capture odds against elites and bosses; brief kill protection for enemies that resist capture (leader melee can still kill them); buffs to the Vortex Shell and Thunderbolt Arrow cores; save-list sorting; a 16:10 layout fix; another attempted fix for FSR-enabled crashes.
  • August 13, 2026: State of the Frontline. Not a patch but a developer status report: four high-priority work streams (capture depth, expedition variety, soldier controls, guidance clarity) plus an investigation list including co-op and mod support. See the roadmap guide.
  • August 12, 2026: Directive AG-12. Adds a soldier-aging toggle, exile for soldiers, automatic save backups, and manual deposit quantities; rebalances the Infested Nest; lowers soldier upgrade costs; fixes an FSR frame-generation crash in borderless windowed mode. Known issue at release: the V key did not open battle statistics.
  • August 11, 2026: unnumbered maintenance directive. Save-file fixes, tutorial battle model fixes, Sattleri Energist lightning-effects fixes, new male voice lines, and renaming for Special Creator Soldiers.
  • August 10, 2026: Early Access launch. Out-now announcement with the two-week 17% launch discount and the official roadmap image.

Where AG-13 went

The Steam news feed contains no AG-13 entry: between AG-12 (August 12) and AG-14 (August 15) sits only the August 13 status report. The AG-1 through AG-11 numbers also never appear in the feed; they are most plausibly demo-era or internal numbering, but the feed does not say. This page records what the feed actually contains and does not invent entries to fill the gaps.

Demo-era updates (June-August 2026)

Before Early Access, the demo received a steady cadence of updates and hotfixes announced on 2026-06-05, 06-14, 06-26, 07-01, 07-07, 07-21, 07-22, 07-27, 07-29, 08-01, and 08-02. Notable among them: the July 21 update turned Super Resolution off by default. The full texts are on the Steam news page.

How this page stays current

This page is recalibrated against the official feed after each announcement: summaries are replaced, not just appended, so outdated readings do not linger. Dated statements stay true; undated ones go stale.
